That video is like one of those puzzles in Highlights magazine where you have to find things that are different between two pictures. You stare at them both and they look the same, but there's something wrong. Then suddenly something jumps out and turns your world upside-down.
I think the casting change is good. That dumpy guy playing neat-freak Danny Tanner? I think not.
That's like if we ever see the original pilot of Buffy where they have a different actress playing Willow~ totally weird~
