Ok, we're going to excuse the fact that his voice drives me to serious homicide because you have to check this out: Dylan Hears a Who.
Bob Dylan sings Dr. Seuss books. Like, the entire things, some of them are long tracks. Anyway, it's entertaining enough even if the repetitiveness is annoying. Does anyone know if any other musicians have sung Dr. Seuss?
2-SECONDS LATER UPDATE: Ok on second thought, this music is driving me nuts. I don't know anything about Bob Dylan. Does he always sound like this?
Yeah, he does.
ReplyDeleteA few years ago heard ol' Bob singing "This Old Man", ya know-"he played one, he played nick-nack on my thumb..." This was on WMNF in Tampa. Pretty cool version if I may say so.
ReplyDeleteWe call it "cigarettes and booze."
ReplyDeleteJust to be clear, this is a parody of Dylan, not Dylan himself.
ReplyDeleteuhhh..wake up. this is a par-o-dy. and a mighty fine one. sound just like '65 Zimm himself.
